The problem

A fan sharing one seat needs to distinguish the ticket being sent from the ticket they are keeping. The recipient and the remaining ticket status should stay understandable on a phone.

The direction

Rally pairs an energetic matchday overview with a transfer screen that separates selected and retained seats before the review step.

Inside the product

  1. Find the matchday pass

The overview connects fixture, stadium, gate and the fan’s seats.

  2. Choose the seat to share

Two ticket rows distinguish the selected seat from the retained ticket.

  3. Review the recipient

Recipient email and the review action continue the transfer journey.

Design decisions

Energy belongs to the event

Saturated orange, bold condensed type and stadium imagery make the sports context unmistakable.

Keep selection stable

The selected ticket’s extra stroke is drawn inside the card, preserving alignment with the retained ticket.

What we would validate next

Confirm ticket entitlement, recipient acceptance, transfer restrictions, fraud controls and match-entry behavior with the club’s ticketing team.

This is an independent design exploration. The screens use illustrative brands and records; they describe a proposed experience.
