Sana — Specialty referral coordination concept
A specialty-clinic concept that brings referral details, clinic availability and an appointment offer into one view. Independent concept study by Revolvo Tech.
Independent product concept · Illustrative data
Connect the referral with the next available visit.
Designed for: Specialty-clinic administrators and referral coordinators. Format: Clinic scheduling workspace.

The problem
A coordinator may need to compare service availability while keeping the referring practice and preferred visit time in mind. Switching screens can separate an available slot from its referral context.
The direction
Sana combines a referral worklist, a five-day availability strip and a selected referral’s handoff details.
Inside the product
Pick the referral
Service-specific entries distinguish dermatology, respiratory and orthopaedic referrals.
Check clinic availability
A centered day selector makes the current day and selection clear.
Offer an appointment
Referrer, clinic and preferred timing stay visible beside the appointment action.

Design decisions
Quiet service setting
Green and a separate clinic-detail photograph support a calm working screen.
Center short selection groups
Weekday, date and status have balanced spacing so no tile feels top heavy.
What we would validate next
Confirm specialty-specific slot types, referral acceptance rules, availability sources and how appointment offers are recorded before connecting scheduling systems.
This is an independent design exploration. The screens use illustrative brands and records; they describe a proposed experience.
