Airstep Ops — Airport turnaround coordination concept
An aviation concept connecting the turnaround board with one flight’s milestones, coordination signal and ground-team handoff. Independent concept study by Revolvo Tech.
Independent product concept · Illustrative data
Keep every turnaround’s next move in view.
Designed for: Airport ground teams and turnaround coordinators. Format: Operations board and flight-detail workspace.

The problem
A turnaround involves several teams working toward the same departure. Coordinators need to see which milestone is unresolved and how that affects the shared off-block target.
The direction
Airstep Ops moves from the next off-blocks board into a flight-detail view with a fueling-update question and named ground partners.
Inside the product
Find the turnaround
Flight, stand, inbound timing, target off-block time and progress share one board row.
Review the ground sequence
Completed milestones are separated from the pending fueling update and boarding step.
Coordinate the next action
The ramp lead, gate coordinator and operations control sit beside the milestone-review action.

Design decisions
Atmosphere supports purpose
The aircraft cover establishes the industry while the app provides a focused operational task.
Treat exceptions as handoffs
A coordination signal explains what needs updating without presenting the entire flight as an alarm.
What we would validate next
Validate milestone ownership, A-CDM data feeds, timing definitions and operational authority with ground-operations specialists before development.
This is an independent design exploration. The screens use illustrative brands and records; they describe a proposed experience.
