The problem

Remote buyers need to understand how a property’s spaces connect, not simply browse isolated listing photographs. They also need a route from exploration into a real viewing conversation.

The direction

EstateLens XR places room hotspots, listing context and a spatial overview around the property view. The viewing-request screen carries the buyer’s room notes into a preferred date, time and agent handoff.

Inside the product

  1. Keep the property context

The selected residence and saved living-room and terrace notes accompany the viewing request.

  2. Choose a preferred visit

A calendar, time slots and visit summary make the requested appointment clear before sharing contact details.

  3. Hand over to the agent

The request includes the buyer’s tour notes and preferred time, with confirmation explicitly dependent on the agent accepting.

Design decisions

Keep the product central

A large property view carries the experience, supported by compact navigation and a visible headset.

Carry the tour into the next step

Both views use code-rendered labels, icons and modern sans-serif typography. Saved room notes connect virtual exploration to a focused viewing-request interface.

What we would validate next

Validate model and panorama capture, property-data integration, device performance, navigation comfort and viewing handoffs. The portfolio images do not demonstrate a working VR tour.

This is an independent design exploration. The screens use illustrative brands and records; they describe a proposed experience.
