CivicPath โ Government permit services concept
A government-services concept connecting permit applications, supporting documents and the conditions behind a review decision. Independent concept study by Revolvo Tech.
Independent product concept ยท Illustrative data
Keep the permit decision connected to its file.
Designed for: Permit reviewers and public-service teams. Format: Application-review workspace.

The problem
A permit reviewer needs to understand which documents are verified, which application they belong to and when a decision is due. Applicants and staff can use different descriptions for the same file.
The direction
CivicPath places a permit packet beside the application worklist and keeps document counts and the decision date visible in the review panel.
Inside the product
Locate the application
The worklist identifies renovation, home-office and sign-permit files by place and request.
Check the packet
Ownership, site plan and contractor evidence are grouped within the selected permit artifact.
Issue the decision
The application reference and decision timing stay near the final review action.

Design decisions
Make the file recognizable
A concise plan illustration supports the permit context without competing with its document checks.
Use plain workflow labels
Application, documents and decision date provide a shared reading path across the overview and detail.
What we would validate next
Validate local permit rules, document requirements, reviewer authority, accessibility and the public notification process with the responsible service team.
This is an independent design exploration. The screens use illustrative brands and records; they describe a proposed experience.
