Torque — Industrial asset maintenance concept

An industrial-equipment concept connecting an asset worklist, condition signals and a specific repair-scheduling decision. Independent concept study by Revolvo Tech.

Independent product concept · Illustrative data

Connect the service signal to the machine.

Designed for: Maintenance planners and equipment-service teams. Format: Asset-maintenance workspace.

Torque visual cover for industrial asset maintenance
01 / Visual direction

The problem

A maintenance team needs to understand which asset requires attention and why. A health percentage becomes useful when temperature, vibration and operating hours are visible beside it.

The direction

Torque links a compressor’s condition gauge to its service signals and a selected maintenance action.

Inside the product

  1. Choose the asset

The backlog distinguishes the compressor, pump and press by their current maintenance concern.

  2. Read the service signals

Bearing temperature, vibration and run hours sit beside a focused asset-health gauge.

  3. Schedule the repair

Site, operating hours and next-service details remain visible near the scheduling action.

Design decisions

Show the operating context

A service technician and equipment imagery make the industrial use case recognizable.

Prefer evidence to extra metrics

The condition card uses the actual service signals instead of a second generic KPI strip.

What we would validate next

Establish sensor quality, equipment-system integration, alert thresholds and service-planning responsibilities before implementing maintenance automation.

This is an independent design exploration. The screens use illustrative brands and records; they describe a proposed experience.
